1. Introduction to the Certificate of Ethical Excellence
The Certificate of Ethical Excellence (CEE) is the official recognition awarded to individuals who complete the ETHICA Ethical Transformation Program. It confirms that the holder has achieved measurable ethical competence, strong moral discipline, professional integrity, and enhanced productivity behaviour—based on the ETHICA Curriculum.
The certificate is recognized under the Chaplains for Character Change Initiative and is designed to grow into an international benchmark for workplace ethics and productivity.
2. Purpose of the Certification
ETHICA Certification exists to:
Build a morally strong and ethically disciplined workforce.
Improve productivity across all sectors—corporate, public service, education, health, security, community institutions.
Provide employers with a reliable standard for ethical behaviour.
Promote integrity as a measurable professional quality.
Equip nations with a standardized tool to address corruption from the root.
3. Certification Classification Levels
The CEE is awarded in six classification levels, aligned with international professional standards.
Level 1 – Foundation Ethical Excellence (FEE)
For SHS graduates, diploma holders, artisans, technicians, and entry-level staff.
Validity:Renewable annually
Level 2 – Intermediate Ethical Excellence (IEE)
For HND holders, bachelor’s graduates, junior managers, supervisors, and team leads.
Validity: Renewable annually
Level 3 – Advanced Ethical Excellence (AEE)
For postgraduate holders, senior staff, mid-level managers, and professionals.
Validity: Renewable annually
Level 4 – Executive Ethical Excellence (EEE)
For CEOs, directors, top executives, PhD holders, institutional leaders, and high-level government officers.
Validity: Renewable annually
Level 5 – Institutional Certificate of Ethical Excellence (ICEE)
(Anti-Corruption & Anti-Fraud Commitment Certificate)

4. Certification Requirements
To qualify for any level, a candidate must complete one or more of the following:
Weekly Ethical Excellence Sessions led by ETHICA-certified chaplains.
Participation in Ethical Excellence Workshops.
Character Evaluation & Workplace Behaviour Assessment by chaplains/supervisors.
Ethica Written Exam or Oral Assessment, depending on level.
Ethical Conduct Verification based on workplace and community reputation.
5. Renewal Requirements
All Ethica Certificates of Ethical Excellence (CEE), across all levels and categories, are renewable annually.
Annual renewal is a mandatory ethical reaffirmation process designed to ensure continuous commitment to ethical excellence, integrity, anti-corruption, anti-fraud practices, and productivity-focused conduct.
The renewal process affirms that ethical excellence is not a one-time achievement but a living, conscious, and accountable commitment.
6. Certificate Withdrawal Policy
A certificate may be suspended or withdrawn in cases of:
Proven corruption
Fraud or theft
Abuse of office
Harassment or discrimination
Repeated workplace misconduct
Criminal conviction involving moral dishonesty
Withdrawal Procedure:
Investigation by the Ethica Ethics Review Committee (EERC)
Fair hearing
Official revocation and update of the global database
Reinstatement is possible after rehabilitation and recommendation from the chaplain.
